Durethan® BKV50H2.0EF, a 50% glass reinforced EasyFlow grade was chosen for the application shown above.
Despite its high level of reinforcement, the material is almost as easy to process as a standard polyamide with 30% glass fibers but offers significantly higher stiffness, a reduced tendency to warp and a lower thermal expansion.
