Flame-retardant products - A halogen-free future

LANXESS offers a wide range of flame retardant Durethan® Polyamides and Pocan® Polyesters for the electronics industry.
These products show very good flame redardancy, excellent electrical behavior, good flowability as well as very good mechanical properties.

In addition to products which contain halogen-based flame retardants, grades with halogen-free flame retardants are also available. Most of these grades comply with the European IEC 60335-1 standard for household appliances. For more information on this standard, please click the link below.

All flame-retardant products from LANXESS conform to the following EU directives: WEEE (Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment) and RoHS (Restriction on the use of certain Hazardous Substances in electrical and electronic equipment).
